To use 555sim's services, you need to create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, CPF, valid email address, Brazilian mobile number, and residential address in Brazil.
Each user may hold only one account at 555sim. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with possible balance retention pending investigation. This includes accounts created using third-party details, even with their consent.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. 555sim recommends using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility, unless you immediately notify 555sim of unauthorized access.
Users are required to keep their registration details up to date. Outdated information may delay withdrawals and identity verification. Changes to name or CPF require supporting documentation and review by the 555sim compliance team.
Important: the use of VPNs, proxies, or any other tools to mask a user's real location is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without prior notice.
555sim is legally required to verify the identity of its users before processing withdrawals and in other situations provided for under Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation. The verification process may be requested at any time and includes:
Withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 per transaction or R$ 20,000.00 per month require full KYC verification before funds are released. 555sim reserves the right to request additional documentation for jackpot prizes and other amounts above R$ 50,000.00. The review period is up to 3 business days after all documentation has been submitted.
Refusing to complete the KYC process or submitting fraudulent documentation will result in immediate account closure, notification to the relevant authorities, and the balance being held pending legal review.
555sim accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian users: Pix, boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, Mercado Pago, PicPay, and TED bank transfer from any Brazilian bank (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, and others). Foreign payment methods are not accepted.
The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00. The maximum limit per transaction and per day may vary depending on the payment method and account verification level. Pix deposits have no maximum limit set by 555sim, but may be subject to the user's bank limits.
555sim only accepts deposits made from accounts held in the name of the platform account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to their source, and may result in the account being suspended for investigation.
Pix deposits are processed in under 30 seconds. Boleto bancário deposits take up to 2 business days to clear. Credit and debit card deposits are processed within 15 minutes. 555sim is not responsible for delays caused by third-party technical failures or the banking system.
The primary and preferred withdrawal method at 555sim is Pix. Pix withdrawals are processed within minutes for accounts with completed KYC and no active restrictions. Withdrawals to bank accounts via TED are also accepted and processed within 1 business day.
The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00 of real balance. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it must first be converted into real balance by meeting the applicable rollover requirements.
555sim does not charge withdrawal fees for Pix transfers. For TED withdrawals, a fee of R$ 3.00 per transaction may apply. There are no hidden fees or automatic deductions from the requested withdrawal amount for Pix.
555sim may hold a withdrawal for verification in the following cases: first withdrawal request, withdrawal above KYC limits, suspicious account activity, or a discrepancy between the registered details and the destination bank account information. The maximum review period is 5 business days.
Reminder: The Pix key used for withdrawals must be registered under the same CPF on file with your 555sim account. Withdrawals to third-party Pix keys will not be processed.
New users registered at 555sim are entitled to a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. The minimum qualifying deposit to receive the bonus is R$ 30.00. The bonus is credited as bonus balance and is subject to a 10x rollover requirement (ten times the bonus amount received) before it can be converted into real balance and withdrawn.
The rollover is calculated on the bonus amount, not on the deposit. Example: if you deposit R$ 100.00 and receive a R$ 100.00 bonus, you will need to place R$ 1,000.00 in bets (R$ 100.00 × 10) to release the bonus balance for withdrawal. Bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward the rollover requirement. Bets placed on Live Casino and slots count at a reduced percentage — please refer to the specific terms of each promotion.
555sim regularly offers additional promotions, including weekly VIP Program cashback, deposit bonuses, Safe Bet on UFC cards, and special promotions for events like the Copa do Brasil and Libertadores. Each promotion has its own terms, published on the 555sim Promotions page.
555sim actively monitors bonus usage. Betting strategies designed to exploit promotions abusively — such as wagering on both sides of the same event, coordinated use of multiple accounts, or other bonus hunting practices — are prohibited and will result in the bonus being voided and, if necessary, the account being closed.
Bonuses that are unused or have an incomplete rollover within 30 days of being granted are automatically cancelled with no right to reimbursement. The deadline is counted from the date the bonus is credited to the account.
All bets placed at 555sim are subject to acceptance by the platform. 555sim reserves the right to refuse or restrict bets at any time, without providing a reason, particularly in cases of suspected result manipulation, odds errors, or bets exceeding per-event limits.
Odds displayed on 555sim may change before a bet is confirmed. A bet is only considered accepted and confirmed once a ticket with locked odds has been generated. Odds displayed due to an obvious error (values clearly outside market range) may be corrected and the bets voided, with the full wagered amount returned.
If a sporting event is cancelled before it starts, pre-game bets are voided and the staked amount is returned to the user's real balance. If an event is postponed by less than 24 hours, bets remain valid. If the postponement exceeds 24 hours, pre-game bets are automatically voided. Live bets on interrupted events are settled based on the score or result at the time of interruption, where permitted by the official rules of the sport.
Bet settlement at 555sim is based on official results published by the organizing body of each event (CBF, UEFA, UFC, Riot Games, etc.). If a provisional result differs from the official one, 555sim will correct the settlement once the official result is confirmed, even if this requires reversing already-processed payments.
In parlay bets, if one event is voided, that selection is removed from the parlay and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining selections. If only one selection remains after voids, the bet is settled as a single bet at the odds of that remaining selection.
All casino games, slots, crash games, and jackpots on 555sim use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories. Results are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including 555sim itself.
555sim's progressive jackpots (Mini, Minor, Major, and Mega) are triggered randomly during eligible rounds. The jackpot trigger is independent of the normal payline outcome of the slot. Jackpot prizes above R$ 50,000.00 are subject to KYC verification before payment.
In crash games such as Aviator and JetX, the multiplier is determined by a certified algorithm before each round begins. The outcome cannot be influenced by any individual player. 555sim is not liable for losses resulting from a user's connection failure during an active round.
If a technical failure occurs during an active casino round or bet, 555sim will void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the user's balance. No winnings generated during technical failures confirmed by the 555sim technical team will be paid out.
Use of 555sim is strictly prohibited for the following purposes or through the following conduct:
Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in: immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of bets and bonuses, balance retention pending investigation, and notification to the relevant authorities where required by law. 555sim cooperates fully with Brazilian authorities in fraud and money laundering investigations.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 555sim support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure is processed within 3 business days. Before closing, you may withdraw any available real balance following the standard withdrawal procedures. Any unused bonus balance is automatically cancelled upon closure.
555sim may close or suspend an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases of: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, use of multiple accounts, failure to complete the KYC process, court or administrative order, or regulatory determination. In closures due to a Terms violation, the balance may be held during the investigation.
Users who wish to self-exclude for responsible gambling reasons may request a permanent or temporary account block. Self-exclusion is processed immediately, and the user will not receive any marketing communications during the exclusion period. Your personal and financial data is never sold to third parties. 555sim is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets and games placed on the platform. The outcome of Sports Betting and casino games is uncertain, and losing the wagered amount is an inherent risk of these entertainment activities.
555sim does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and is not liable for losses caused by technical outages, scheduled maintenance, third-party failures (internet providers, banks, payment processors), or force majeure events. In the event of a confirmed technical failure resulting in an undue loss of balance, 555sim undertakes to review the case and, if the failure is substantiated, restore the corresponding balance.
555sim's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.
555sim may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the registered email address and through a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 calendar days before taking effect.
Changes required by law or regulation may take effect immediately, with simultaneous notice to the user. Continued use of the platform after the 7-day period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the updated version takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), the Brazilian Internet Civil Rights Framework (Law No. 12.965/2014), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018), and applicable Brazilian Sports Betting legislation.
The courts of the Comarca of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are hereby elected as the sole jurisdiction for resolving any disputes arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
Before pursuing legal action, 555sim encourages users to seek resolution through the platform's support channel. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours by the customer service team. For disputes not resolved internally, users may also contact their state's Procon or the Consumidor.gov.br platform.
